Payment must be received in full before orders enter production or dispatch.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including situations involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines vary depending on product availability and are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed dates, due to factors outside our control including manufacturing and international logistics.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. This includes the MyVYRO 60 Day Guarantee, which applies to the Pulse PRO Compression Boots.

Warranty

Warranty Coverage

MyVYRO products are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery:

  • Compression Boots: 24 months
  • Ice Baths: 12 months

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal intended use.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Mechanical or electrical faults
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Failure under normal consumer use

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or improper setup
  • Unauthorised modification
  • Cosmetic wear from normal use
  • Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, contact support@my-vyro.com and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video where possible

We may offer repair, replacement, or an alternative resolution at our discretion, in accordance with consumer law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, logos, images and text, is the property of MyVYRO and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyVYRO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
