Overview

MyVYRO products may be fulfilled using different shipping methods depending on product availability. Delivery timelines are clearly displayed on each product page before purchase.

Orders will fall into one of the following fulfilment categories:

  • Origin Series Production Orders

  • In-Stock Products

Origin Series Orders

Products purchased as part of the MyVYRO Origin Series are manufactured following order confirmation as part of a limited production release.

Estimated Delivery Time

Approximately 8–10 weeks from order confirmation

This timeframe includes:

  • Production scheduling and manufacturing

  • Quality control and inspection

  • International shipping to the United Kingdom

  • Customs clearance and handling

  • Final delivery to customers

Customers will receive regular email updates throughout production and shipping.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to manufacturing schedules or international logistics conditions.

In-Stock Products

When products are available in stock, orders are prepared for dispatch shortly after purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

UK delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Any promotions or included shipping offers will be clearly displayed during purchase.

Duties & Taxes

For UK orders, all import duties and taxes are handled by MyVYRO. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

MyVYRO cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete address information

  • failed delivery attempts

  • courier access restrictions or local delivery issues

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be re-shipped.

Origin Series customers will receive milestone updates throughout production and shipping to ensure transparency during the fulfilment process.
