Refund policy

Overview

We want every MyVYRO customer to feel confident in their purchase.

Because some MyVYRO products are released through limited production runs, return and cancellation terms may differ depending on whether an item is part of the Origin Series or an in-stock product.

Your order type and delivery timeline are always displayed on the product page before purchase.

Origin Series Orders

Products purchased as part of the MyVYRO Origin Series are produced following order confirmation as part of a limited manufacturing release.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After this period, orders enter production planning and materials allocation. For this reason, cancellations may no longer be possible except where required under applicable consumer law.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the made-to-production nature of Origin Series products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once production has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

In-Stock Products

For products shipped from available inventory:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will arrange one of the following in accordance with UK consumer law:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund (where appropriate)

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video where possible

Warranty Support

Many issues can be resolved quickly through troubleshooting or replacement parts. Products covered under warranty should be reported through our support team before arranging a return.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • Up to 5–10 business days for refunds to appear after processing, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted where:

  • Products show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery

  • Items are returned without prior contact

  • Products are not in reasonable condition for resale (where applicable)

 

The MyVYRO 60 Day Guarantee

The Promise Train with the Pulse PRO for 60 days. If it doesn't belong in your recovery routine for any reason whatsoever — we'll collect it, refund every penny, and cover the return shipping. No forms. No questions. No awkward conversations.

 

When It Starts Your 60 days begins on the date your order is confirmed as delivered. You'll receive delivery confirmation by email.

How to Claim Email us at returns@myvyro.com within your 60-day window with your order number. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and everything you need. That's it.

The Return We'll send a prepaid shipping label directly to your inbox. Package the Pulse PRO securely and drop it at any collection point at your convenience. We cover the cost of return shipping in full.

Your Refund Your full purchase price will be returned to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the unit. If you paid via Klarna Pay in 3, any remaining instalments are cancelled automatically and any payments already made are returned to your card.

Fair Use This guarantee covers any reason — we mean that. The only exception is units that show clear evidence of intentional damage or deliberate misuse. Normal wear from regular training use will never be used as grounds to decline a return.

One Per Customer The 60-day guarantee applies to one Pulse PRO unit per customer and is non-transferable.

Your Statutory Rights This guarantee sits alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law. It doesn't replace or limit them in any way.

Lifetime Warranty The Pulse PRO also carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If it ever stops working through normal use — we replace it. No time limit. No exceptions.
